DecoPROTeste is the largest consumer protection organization in Portugal. Their main objective is to provide consumers with maximum information and empower them to make smart choices.
PROTESTECASA.PT aims to develop a product that can bring consumers and real estate mediators closer together, improving the apartment hunting experience of its users, increasing customer satisfaction, and contributing to building customer loyalty that is natural to its brand. With this in mind, we helped them launch a new real estate platform on the market.

> The Strategy
PROTESTECASA.PT aims to help consumers sell and buy homes,
giving them a toolkit to proceed safely with confidence.
We created the brand and its entire identity, tackling the complete product design, functional strategy, usability and interface design. Finally, we defined and implemented their online campaign strategy across all main ad providers.
> Style Guide
We understood the unique challenges of real estate branding and offered customized solutions that elevate the brand’s online presence. We went for a lively, eye-catching, and cheerful style that conveyed a happy vibe to customers searching for their dream homes. We compiled this intending to highlight great usability and accessibility through the interface.

Increasing conversions was the primary goal of the website. To achieve this, we purposefully stripped the website back to deliver essential and usable information that people can digest and understand with ease.

By combining visual design elements with wireframing, we crafted an interface that is both visually appealing and functionally optimized.
> Enhance Navigation
The interface was built with an intuitive navigation bar, user-friendly property listings, consistent branding, and easy-to-follow contact forms, helping users to make 24/7 contact with agents or property owners.
> Conversion and Impact
Getting a landing page dedicated to “typeform” enabled ProtesteCasa to engage with the right people and establish a stronger connection with their intended audience. We distanced them from other training providers who adopt a more generic, surface-level approach, helping qualify leads and tailor marketing efforts.
